Tanqueray Rangpur Distilled Gin has its origin in 2006 by adding Rangpur, an exotic citrus of India that combines the acidity of the Lima and the juiciness of the tangerine, next to the ginger and leaves of Laurel to the London Dry Gin of Tanqueray. The latter is still manufactured today from the same classical and timeless recipe that Charles Tanqueray created in 1830. It is distilled four times to eliminate any trace of neutral grain liquor, thus putting forward to the perfectly balanced flavors of four classic plants Present in the Gin: Refreshing juniper, spicy cilantro, aromatic angelica and sweet licorice. The mixture of the original drink with the rangpur, ginger and laurel leaves result in a gin easy to drink with a citrus tone.
