Duality London Dry Gin, represents the duality of things, like the existing duality in the Canary Islands. The duality between sea and mountain, between land and sky, between fire and ice.

The alcoholates of our botanicals (macerated and distilled separately to obtain their maximum expression) are combined on a alcoholic base of sugar cane of the highest purity. Made from the most representative botanicals and fruits of the island of La Palma (Canary Islands, Spain) with a special and distinctive touch: a salty touch of the sea from the breeze from the Canary Islands.

Botanicals:

Juniper, cloves, gardener, green banana, white prickly pear, coriander seeds, spearmint, sweet orange peel, thyme, mint, cinnamon, lavender flowers, lemon peel, tangerine peel and chamomile flowers.

Tasting notes:

A fresh and slightly dry gin with hints of citrus.
