Description

It is a distillate of the mothers of the cava from the long upbringing of grammonic cavas raised with cork cap.

is obtained by discontinuous distillation by vapor trawl of the rods of the more varieties Aromatic of our vinifications, such as Xarel·lo and Parellada. We use only the heart of the distillate. They are aging in French oak and chestnut, the Holland and the potter from the boles of the grapes. Another part of the Holland are aged in stainless steel tank up to 2 years.
