Description

Elaboration:

Alcorta is a monovarietal wine from UVA Tempranillo with a minimum of 12 months of Forebandry in French and American oak and six additional months in the bottle. The longer macerations stand out to get a wine of great structure and balance between fruit and wood.

Tasting note:

Attractive bright cherry color. On the nose the varietal aromas of red fruit as raspberry, cherries and spices stand out. The mouth has a silky and friendly entrance with a sweetly tannic burst and a prolonged end.

Pairing:

Versatile and easy to maride with meat, cheeses and ibéricos.
