The vineyard is worked by Organic and biodynamic agriculture, based on the meticulous observation and treatment of the factors that influence the land and in its habitat. No herbicides or chemical pesticides are applied, natural resources are used with the main objective of preserving the balance of the environment and they are maintained spontaneous vegetable covers.
Muscat de Frontigan, Muscat d'Alexandria, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer grape varieties. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 15ºC. Fermentation stopped by cold in order to preserve six grams of residual sugar per liter.
The result is a wine of great aromatic intensity as if ti was a spring walk, it reminds us of a bouquet of white flowers (jasmine, flower of orange blossom, roses), nesting and souvenirs to infusion of camomile and fresh fruit (pineapple, peach and citrus).
It combines perfectly with appetizers, salads, vegetables, paellas fish ... Try it also with exotic meals such as Japanese or India.
