Les Cousins is the project of two cousins, Marc & Adrià Pérez. The two of them together started this new project in 2007 in some estates in the village of Porrera, within the D.O.Q. Priorat. Both with a great professional experience having worked in the vineyard in Catalan and foreign lands. Also in 2005 they started the project in the D.O. Montsant together with 10 friends more: Amics del Gobe.

Marc and Adriá present Les Cousins L'Inconscient, a wine that, from simplicity but without abandoning complexity or finesse, allows us to enjoy that "other" Priorat, more accessible and, above all, affordable.

Winemaking: 

Aged for 12 months in French oak vats of 7000 liters. After blending, the wine remains for a further 2-3 months in stainless steel vats before bottling.

Tasting notes:

Direct and fresh, it shows an open nose with well-integrated aromas of slightly ripe fruit with light notes of wood and spicy hints. The palate highlights its freshness and youth, with a lively and fun passage. Fine notes of aging and well-integrated fruit.
