Description

The selection of the best batches of Campo de Borja Garnacha grapes over 40 years old, with yields of less than one kilo per vine, has given rise to this Fagus de Coto de Hayas, which finally reflects all the spectacular qualities that Garnacha is capable of offering. Due to the natural stabilisation process, precipitates may appear in the bottle. Of this selection, 68,344 bottles were bottled. Fagus de Coto de Hayas is suitable for vegans.

Tasting note:

Very intense aroma, elegant, with a background of red fruits, plum, cherry. Mineral notes, spicy, coffee, toast, vanilla, pastry, egg yolk, meringue, very well integrated in wine. Entrance in a very powerful, fat and voluminous mouth, with a very balanced and concentrated mouth pass, very alive, good acidity. Long, wide, silky mouth finish with a very round and joint tannin.
