Elaboration:

The aging of Viña Arnáiz Crianza is carried out in new French and American oak barrels for 14 months, during which three racks are carried out to help oxygenate the wine. After this period, the wine will remain in the bottle for one year to complete its aging period.

Tasting notes:

Attractive cherry red color of high intensity, very good layer and with a beautiful violet rim with suggestive aromas of fruitiness, with hints of wild, red and black fruits, with a vanilla background, with sweet notes, coming from its good wood. Ripe on the palate, full of nuances with an intense mid palate. Its aftertaste shows the richness of ripe tannins that leave an elegant and long aftertaste.

Viña Arnáiz Crianza is a highly recommended wine to accompany noble meats, cheeses and small game products.
