Description

Elaboration:

Young rosé wine Tinto Fino monovarietal (ie, elaborated 100% with Tempranillo grape) prepared with grapes from vineyards planted at 900m altitude, on the highest terrace of the Douro River.

Tasting note:

It has a pale pink color. On the nose it is clean, expressive and floral. In the palate it is fresh, with very good acidity, fatty and persistent. A delicate wine with harmony and balance.

Pairing:

Perfect for pairing with light dishes, seafood and white or blue fish, with rice, vegetables and salads, also with sausages and soft cheeses.
