Comried Terrers is elaborated from a mosaic of own vineyards located in Corpinnat territory, cradle of the great sparkling wines of the historic wine region of Penedès, south of Barcelona, ??with Grapes of 57% Xarel·lo, 37% Parellada and 6% Macabeo. The organic and biodynamic viticulture is worked on, certified by CCPAE and Demeter. The second fermentation is performed in the bottle with ecological must or with ecological concentrated must for the entire CORPINNAT wines since the 2017 vintage, replacing cane sugar. The wine is aged in bottle a minimum of 2 years and 10 months (34 months) with natural cork stopper, a commitment to quality and sustainability.
