Description

Gran Centenario has been making tequilas in small batches in the highlands of Jalisco since 1857. They undergo a proprietary "Selección Suave" process established by its founder, in which he adds reserve, older tequilas to the blend to achieve extraordinary smoothness and complexity.

Gran Centenario Plata is blended with oak to achieve a subtle woody note and an incredibly smooth flavor that is unusual for a white tequila. It contains fruity notes of pear, lime and citrus with a hint of black pepper.
