Dewar's 18 Founders Reserve 70 cl.
John Dewar & SonsDescription
Elaboration:
A special blend of malt whiskys and grain whiskys of no less than eighteen years in barrels. Each bottle includes whiskys from five malt distilleries, owned by John Dewar & Sons. Dewar's pioneered double aging in oak barrels, so that the blend is placed back in specially selected barrels for 6 months to develop greater smoothness and a longer and more persistent finish.
Tasting note:
Honey, marzipan and intense oak, with a soft, comforting and persistent finish. The double aging is the extra step that gives the Dewar's range the softness and balance that characterize it.
Dewar's Blended Scotch is the home of Blended Scotch Whiskey more award winner in history.

About John Dewar & Sons
Dewar's, founded in 1846 by John Dewar and preceded by his sons, has always known how to look beyond the obvious. This curious spirit led its founders to discover an innovative production process based on double aging, which achieves an extraordinary smoothness in whiskeys from Dewar's house. Today Dewar's maintains this curious spirit from the hand of Stepanie McLeod, awarded as the best master blender in the world.
