To elaborate Font de la Figuera white Grapes of Viogner varieties (60%), white Garnacha (35%) and Chenin (5%) are used. . Each variety is prepared separately. After fermentation in steel tanks, the Viogner performs a film maceration. Instead, the Garnacha Blanca ferment in French oak barrel with controlled temperature. Once the coupage is made, the wine is stored in Inox for 6 months. Light filtering before bottling it.

Tasting note:

White wine pale gold with green reflections that you have still youth. Clean and bright. Intense aromas of fruits White and yellow, with a freshly cut grass background and a anisated end. Entrance in fresh mouth with great tour, yellow fruit appearing like peaches or apricots and white fruit like pears. Nice final, spicy and mineral.
