Made with Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tintilla de Rota (Graciano) grape varieties, Barbazul from the Huerta de Albalá winery, is a wine from Tierra de Cádiz that is obtained from a meticulous and very careful preparation. Fermentations in steel tanks and brief aging in French oak barrels for five months.
It is an intense cherry color wine with shades purplish. Clean, bright, and with fine tears. On the nose, aromas of very ripe black fruit stand out along with spicy notes. Little by little, pleasant memories of aromatic herbs, balsamic notes and fine toasts appear. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, with a good load of fruit and magnificent acidity. Long finish with a liqueur aftertaste and remarkable persistence.
