Description

abbey is the most representative wine in the story of raimat so far. Inspired by the work and the delivery with which the monks perform their tasks, this wine reflects the vocation, patience and knowledge of the winery.
The first abbey was elaborated in 1978 and since then it remains the Emblem of the cellar.

Tasting note:

Appearance: Intense, Red Picot with Violaces Shapes.
Nose: Ripe black fruit and Plums compote with tobacco notes , spices and touches of black chocolate.
Boca: structured, fine and elegant. Long aftertaste with a pleasant spicy finish.

Pairing:

Perfect for meats and dishes with cured cheeses, vegetables, legumes or pasta.
