Ramón Bilbao Norte limit is a wine that explores the westernmost area of ??Rioja through two autochthonous but rare varieties, the white mature and white temperanillo, which grow in an extreme climate with Influences of Atlantic freshness.
Cold maceration in the white mature, to favor the primary aromas and tannins of the variety. Fermentation in concrete and aging on fine lees in: concrete, amphora and barrel of 600L. Assembled and aging In 225L French barrel for 6 months, plus 12 months in bottle.
View: Pale yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Average intensity, with aromas of citrus (lime skin), fresh bone fruit, white flower notes, subtle aromas of barrel and tertiary.
Boca: Fresh, with excellent acidity and kind tannins. A white full of harmony, balanced and with long journey.
Better next to white meats, crushed hen, creamy cheeses type Gorgonzola and fatty fish or kokotxes.
