Elaboration:
The grapes used for this Viña Ardanza Reserva are Tempranillo (78%) (comes from the farms La Cuesta and Montecillo, 30 years old) and Garnacha (22%) (from the pedrix in Tudelilla, Rioja Low). Alcoholic fermentation is carried out naturally and the malolactic concluded at the end of the year. Wines start your raning separately: the Tempranillo for 36 months, with six manual transparen and in American oak of 4 years of average age and the Garnacha for 30 months, with 5 Manuals, in 2 and 3 wines barrels. Finally the coupage (mix) is performed and bottled.
