Flor de Pingus 2018 75 cl.

Pingus flower is a 100% fine red wine (Tempranillo). Half of the wine performed the malolactic fermentation in barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks, ended with 16 months of aging in barrels of French oak Allier (38% new and the rest of the second or third use ).

Tasting note:

Cherry color Picota with violet tones. Lagrima densa and rounded. Fragrant and Intense Nose. Where the good maturation and selection of the grape is pronounced. Aromas of very mature fruit, both red and black, floral tones. Later they flow Aromas of aging, toasted, balms, eucalyptus, some empireumatic touch such as coffee or cocoa. Sweet spices and some vegetable tone. In the mouth the entrance of this wine surprises, a sweet but voluminous point at the same time. It is a red wine with a tannino tame and with a unctuousness that pleases the palate. Long and juicy final.

Roasted pork, big game, cured cheeses, Iberian ham of acorn, roasts, beef.
