For its elaboration it spends 8 months in American and French oak barrels of 225 liters.

Tasting notes:

Cherry color of medium intensity and garnet rim. The tear is dense. Great aromatic power and complexity. On aeration, mineral aromas appear with hints of pastry, stewed fruit and hints of aromatic herbs, such as thyme. The entry on the palate is sweet and voluptuous. The tannins are soft and fill the palate. The acidity is present throughout and adds freshness. Very long and balanced persistence.
