Diplomático Single Vintage 2008 70 cl.

Diplomático Single Vintage 2008 is an ultra-premium rum that is only produced during exceptional years in which certain rum casks are identified as having matured in a unique and extraordinary way.

It is made from special reserves that have evolved in an extraordinary way, grouped into vintage batches from a single year of distillation.

After ageing, the Single Vintage rum is placed in sherry casks to provide the perfect finish.

Tasting notes:

Bold and balanced aromas of vanilla, caramel, dried fruits and hints of sherry for a rich flavour profile. Surprisingly dark amber in colour.

Smoky oak, coffee and chocolate on the nose, followed by notes of vanilla and ripe fruits. The finish is well rounded and incredibly flavoursome. Pronounced honeyed finish with hints of red fruits.
