Description

Gran Reserva Cava from organic grapes of Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), Macabeo, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This international grape blend gives it much more marked structure, aroma and flavor. It ages in bottle for 30 months at least.

Tasting note:

Aromas of white fruit with a background of flowers, red fruits and almonds. Unctuous, dry and fruity. Fine bubble with an elegant step by mouth; well structured cava without losing freshness with a persistent and very tasty aftertaste.
