Description
Whisky is the fertilisation of a grain distillate by oak impregnated with great wines: sherry, whose distinctive flavour blends so magnificently with that of barley.
In the aptly named Bouze-lès-Beaune, in underground galleries filled with natural springs in the Burgundian rocks, halfway between the Andalusian vineyards and the Scottish Highlands, we mature the distillate and give it the true characteristic of the great traditional whiskies that only age in extremely rare sherry casks. The Unique is enhanced by very old whisky casks.
Delicate and subtle, reminiscent of white fruits. Nervous in the mouth, it appears rounded after tasting, making it easy to consume as an aperitif.
