Description

Based on the meticulous observation and treatment of factors that influence: land and in its habitat. No herbicides or chemical pesticides are applied, natural resources are used with the main objective of preserving the equilibrium of the environment and maintaining spontaneous vegetable covers to achieve spongy floors. GRAMONA VI DE GLASS It is elaborated since 1997. Currently, and after years of research, this wine is prepared with a new prototype powered by two freezing chambers that work at -15ºC with the help of liquid nitrogen. This improves the freezing of grapes, achieving more speed and homogeneity in the process.
