Elaborated with grapes 96% Tempranillo and 4% Garnacha Ink. After its marked and mild squeezed, the grape ink is covered to perform a short maceration with the holes about 8 hours as harvest. The pink must achieved by soft bleeding makes its alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (16-18 ° C) in stainless steel tank. Once this process ends, the wine moves and remains in its fine lees for a month. It follows a natural stabilization for cold treatment in order to avoid malolactic fermentation.
